Mosquito activity can be more noticeable during this time, particularly at sunrise and sunset. The sea breeze around the casitas often keeps things comfortable, and guests tend to adjust naturally with the rhythm of the day.

To make your arrival and time on the island feel effortless from beginning to end, September stays are supported in a way that removes the need for planning once you arrive.

Local flights between Belize City and San Pedro are coordinated directly once your international flight details are shared, including your return flight so the journey home is already set before you ever leave the island. Payment for flights is made directly at the airline terminal.

Your round-trip transfers between San Pedro town and the resort are included, and a golf cart rental can be arranged in advance and delivered to the resort for your arrival (guest-paid), allowing ease of movement across the island.

A chilled bottle of Prosecco will be waiting for you in your casita ahead of your arrival.

Your continental breakfast is brought to your casita each morning, to enjoy in your casita, on the beach, however you choose.

A deposit of 50% stay plus tax is required in order to confirm a reservation.
A 9% Belize Tourism Board Tax and a 10% Service charge will be charged along with the rate of reservation
Balance is charged 30 Days Prior to Arrival. (Payment Options Available on Request).
Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

31 or more days prior to the date of arrival at the property: Full Refund
Less than 30 days prior to date of arrival at the property: No refund
